Verscholen in een rustig, besloten wooncomplex in Costa Teguise is Casa Los Alisios een volledig gerenoveerde vakantievilla op Lanzarote, ontworpen voor gezinnen en professionals die geen concessies doen aan comfort. Elk detail, van het 86-inch bioscoopscherm tot het windvrije terras, is zorgvuldig gekozen zodat u echt kunt ontspannen.

De gehele woning is gelijkvloers zonder trappen, waardoor alles moeiteloos toegankelijk is, of u nu aankomt met buggy's, zware koffers of windsurfplanken. Parkeren is pal voor de deur, dus uitladen is een fluitje van een cent.

Stap naar buiten op het ruime privéterras, waar een design-pergola beschermt tegen de zon en de beroemde passaatwinden van Lanzarote. Geniet van lange diners in de buitenlucht, werk op uw laptop in de frisse lucht of trek u terug op het solarium voor ongestoord zonnebaden.

Binnen draait de woonkamer om een 86-inch LG bioscoop-TV met Sonos-geluidssysteem, ideaal voor filmavonden op de vierpersoons chaise longue bank. Moet u werken? Een speciale werkruimte beschikt over een gemotoriseerd zit-sta bureau, ergonomische Markus-stoel en een vaste Cat6-ethernetverbinding met 1Gb snelheid voor latentievrije videogesprekken.

Elke kamer heeft stille plafondventilatoren en sfeerverlichting die u naar wens kunt aanpassen. Neemt u fietsen of surfplanken mee? Een beveiligde, speciale opslagruimte houdt uw spullen veilig en buiten de leefruimte.

De Spar supermarkt is drie minuten lopen, Lidl tien minuten te voet, en strand Playa El Ancla is slechts een korte wandeling. Het complex biedt zwembaden, padel- en tennisbanen. Zin in een serieuze duik? Er is een olympisch zwembad bij een nabijgelegen resort.

Recent gerenoveerd in 2026 met hoogwaardige afwerking. Gelegen in een rustig, besloten wooncomplex verwelkomen wij gasten die kwaliteit en rust waarderen. Rusturen van 22:00 tot 09:00. Geen feesten.
